Trunk or Treat at The Fountains 10/31/2024

VENDORS ATTENDING THIS MARKET SHOULD BE ON THEME, BRING CANDIES FOR TRICK OR TREATING AND HAVE SOME KIND OS COSTUME FOR THIS. PLEASE READ GUIDELINES BELOW BEFORE PURCHASING THE EVENT.

Hello, starting October, we are going back to normal Market hours, Set Up will be at 4 Market runs 5- 9pm.

a few observations before you purchase:

-You are required to bring your whole set up. Canopies (white only) tables, chairs etc.

-Canopies should have weights.

- After unloading in the main lawn vendors are required to park inside parking garage 3

- You have to start breakdown at 9pm, sharp vendors should be telling customers to finalize purchases starting @8:45. Vendors not in compliance with this guideline will be subjected to a strict 30 day ban. 
- No vendor should open their canopies prior to me arriving. 
- Lamps should be battery operated. You should NOT PLUG into any mall sockets.

-Vendors cannot set up on top of any of the lawn lights.

-Music played by vendors should be tasteful and add value to the vibe of the markets.

GOING FORWARD, If you purchase a spot you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not meet these conditions you may be unable to continue attending the markets.
